Online Help for ADHD
There are a few online tools you can use for improved mental health in general and for us ADHDers this means that our other conditions that make ADHD worse such as Anxiety and Depression etc can be treated online while seeing an ADHD coach or psychologist. Anxiety and depression are very common comorbid conditions – which means that you have them at the same time. I myself was diagnosed with Anxiety and Depression and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) long before Attention Deficit Disorder was even on the radar.
With mental health each condition needs to be treated separately but also as parts of a holistic plan that will see all of your ailments treated. There are a lot of psychologists that don’t have a lot of experience with Adult ADHD or can just miss the mark when you go to them for whatever, this is where these online tools become helpful because they train you to take a good look inside yourself to find the small things that can be adjusted to help you to cope better with life and continue your journey to emotional freedom!
Below are a list of tools you can use online followed by descriptions and pictures… yay! so you can get an idea of what may be right for you to try right now. I hope you can find help with these, and don’t worry if you forget to log in regularly. Just apply what you learn the best that you can and revisit when you’re ready. You should get a medallion for registering alone! 😀

This Way Up ^^
Moodgym is a fun way to look at what they call warped thinking. Warped thinking are the thoughts or beliefs we have about ourselves or the world that can easily cause mental distress e.g. If I can behave better then my parents will be happy or things should ALWAYS be like this and not like that…
Moodgym uses examples of characters of whom are easily relatable and you can see how their thoughts can effect them internally. There are modules to complete and as you go through them you will gain greater insight into your own thinking. It can be difficult at first but I recommend visiting this site every couple of months if you can because this is when you see the changes in your thinking!
